GOVERNMENT ADVOCACY

Our aim is to build public awareness of CLXT's and their role within the healthcare team. The CSCLXT brings a national voice to the profession regarding education and consideration of emerging issues. Through our national network we strive to maintain established channels of communication with our partners and stakeholders.

Our advocacy efforts include:  

• promotion of CLXT Professionals Week to recognize and celebrate our members on a public platform
• communicating with our provincial partners to monitor and address the needs of the profession
• supporting provincial partners to provide local education, networking and advocacy opportunities for the profession
