Professional Liability Insurance: Process and Information  

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CSCLXT REGISTRATION AND PLI PURCHASE *

This notice currently pertains to ACCLXT registrants only

Please be advised that our current process for ACCLXT registrants is as follows:

      • ACCLXT registrant initiates purchase of PLI and membership fees via CSCLXT website
      • Invoice is created and emailed to registrant
      • Registrant completes payment of invoice
      • Once the registrant pays their invoice, a completed PLI form must be filled out, signed and emailed back to: council@csclxt.com
      • CSCLXT then manually approves each membership
      • CSCLXT will then send out an email to each registrant with their PLI policy number – this email will arrive within 24 hours.  Please monitor your Inbox as well as your Junk/Spam folder.
      • PLEASE KEEP YOUR EMAIL WITH THE PLI NUMBER IN CASE YOU ARE SELECTED TO BE AUDITED
      • Please email Council@csclxt.com if this email does not arrive within the 24 hour time frame.

Please plan accordingly when you are completing your most recent ACCLXT Practice Permit renewal so as not to accrue any license renewal late fees with respect to the arrival of the PLI policy number email.
